Seamless Flooring at the New MCR Oil Tools Facility

As part of its expansion plan, MCR Oil Tools, a pipe recovering manufacturing company, completed its new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.

Based on the advantages of seamless systems over conventional floors, Flowcrete products met the performance criteria specified for the project: Flowtex was the product chosen to be installed as a resurfacer in the 20,000 sqft (1.858 m2) of the new facility's production area, top coated with Flowseal PU Gloss.

The joint-free surface prevents build-up of dirt while the abrasion, chemical and impact resistance properties provide a hard-wearing, long-lasting floor finish able to withstand the heavy duty conditions of the manufacturing environment. In addition, the seamless, hygienic finish is easy to clean and maintain, extending the life cycle of the floors.
